2. When can we expect a start date?
We can start your job approx. 2 to 3 weeks from the time we receive your signed contract.

3. Is the Desert Crete/Flex Systems 1 hour fire rated?
Yes. It is important to install a product that has a 1 hour fire rating.

4. Does the Desert Crete Decking System have an ICBO Report?
Yes, all the information can be obtained by looking up ICC Report#(ESR-1661).

5. What is your warranty?
The warranty on Desert Crete Waterproofing systems is 2 1/2 year unconditional warranty with an 8 year conditional warranty on new complete installations, provided we re-seal your deck every 30 months at the then prevailing price. The warranty on repair work is one year.

On Magnesite the warranty is unconditional for 1 year with an 8 year conditionally warranty on new complete installation, provided we reseal your deck every 20 months at the then prevailing price.

6. How long does the material take to dry?
Once the deck has been sealed it is approximately 2 hours drying time in warm weather and 3 hours in cooler weather.

7. Do we have access to our units, while we are installing the deck?
We will provide limited access to your units during installations.

8. Do we have to provide electricity and water?
Yes the customer needs to have power and water available to us at the time of installation.

9. Do you install custom railings and can you bring the existing railing to code?
Yes we can fabricate custom railing. Yes we do bring existing railing to code.

10. Do you have approved plans for Pre-Cast Stairways with the City?
Our plans are approved by the city of Los Angeles (Standard Plan # 157)
